1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Wellness Flotilla website (wellnessflotilla.com) and booking a cabin, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservation

2.1 Reservation Process

To secure your cabin for the Wellness Flotilla 2026, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due one month prior to the start of the flotilla (by 13 May 2026).

2.2 Pricing

The price for the 7-day wellness sailing experience is €6,500 per cabin. Each cabin accommodates 2 guests and includes a private bathroom. All prices are in Euros (€) and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

2.3 What's Included

• Accommodation on a premium 4-cabin catamaran
• Professional skipper & hostess
• Certified Pilates Instructor
• Licensed Holistic Health Consultant
• 3 wholesome, plant-based Mediterranean meals per day
• Optional: Two evenings are free for you to dine ashore

2.4 What's Not Included

• Transfers to and from Lefkada
• Any personal expenses
• Optional meals on shore
• Travel insurance (highly recommended)

3. Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation policy applies:

• Up to 2 months before 13 June 2026 (before 13 April 2026): 30% of the deposit will be refunded.
• After 13 April 2026: The deposit becomes non-refundable.
• After 13 May 2026 (final payment due date): No refunds will be provided for cancellations.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to exploreseas@gmail.com or sofia.palamidou@gmail.com.

4. Itinerary and Route Changes

While we plan to visit destinations including Lefkada, Meganisi, Kalamos, Kastos, Ithaca, and Kefalonia, the exact itinerary may vary depending on:

• Wind and weather conditions
• Safety considerations
• Other factors beyond our control

We reserve the right to modify the route to ensure a safe and enjoyable journey for all participants. No refunds will be provided for itinerary changes due to weather or safety reasons.

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for:

• Arranging their own travel to and from Lefkada
• Obtaining appropriate travel insurance
• Informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions
• Following safety instructions provided by the skipper and crew
• Respecting other participants and the environment
• Arriving on time for embarkation (Saturday, 13 June 2026 at 16:00)

6. Health and Safety

Participants should be in good physical health and able to participate in sailing activities, Pilates sessions, and other wellness activities. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult with your physician before booking.

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone whose health or behaviour may endanger themselves or others.

7. Liability and Insurance

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety, participants acknowledge that sailing and water activities involve inherent risks. Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance.

Wellness Flotilla, ExploreSeas, and their representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death arising from participation in the flotilla, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, war, terrorism, or other force majeure events.

In such cases, we will work with participants to find alternative solutions, which may include rescheduling or partial refunds, subject to our discretion.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Respect all participants, crew members, and instructors
• Follow all safety instructions and guidelines
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude
• Respect the marine environment and local communities
• Refrain from any behaviour that may disrupt the experience of others

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct without refund.

10. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during the flotilla for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such media. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in advance.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these terms or the flotilla shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
